The apartment
It’s
a small and prestigious attic with a terrace on the 7th floor
(6 floors by elevator plus 1 walking) surrounded by house roofs around the
Coliseum.
The
apartment, just renovated is furnished in modern style. It’s a studio composed of
a sleeping area with a double bed and a living area with a double sofa-bed.
It
can accommodate a maximum of 4
people.
Equipped with color TV, a completely equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower box.
In
the winter the apartment is heated by an autonomous heater and in the
summer it’s fresh and ventilated.
In addition there is a nice terrace with flowers where it’s possible to have breakfast in the morning under the shade of a beach umbrella and to have dinner at night in the summer enjoying the nice fresh famous roman wind "Ponentino".
Equipped with: bedding, towels, color TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
The
district
The
apartment is located in the Celio area, old popular
quarter, one the most interesting, where the pure Romans still
live, but also many foreigners live here who are fascinated by the
characteristics and by the centrality of this area.
The
apartment is situated in the main archeological area, only 150 meters from
the Coliseum!
In
this area you can enjoy all kinds of services: characteristic wine shops
dispensing (ancient wine bars), taverns where
you can taste the Roman cuisine, Italian and International restaurants, an
open fruits and vegetables market. But also laundries, photo shops,
“call center”, money exchange, artisans, theatre, cinema, hospital,
post office.

to reach us:
Shuttle service: upon request a driver will wait for you in Fiumicino or Ciampino airport for the trip to the apartment. The cost is € 47.
By taxi: From Termini train Station the cost
is about €13.
By bus: 30b-75-81-87-175-186-204-673-810, 850-60 express
Subway: Colosseo
From Fiumicino "Leonardo da Vinci" Airport: take the train to the Termini train Station, than the subway, line B towards Laurentina and get off at the “Colosseo” stop.

20% of the total amount is due at the time of reservation.
The
amount due will be paid at the time of arrival.
In
case of cancellation the charge will be as follows:
up to 20 days from the departure - 20% of the total amount
19 to 7 days from the departure - 30% of the total amount
less than 7 days - 50% of the total amount.
