The apartment

It’s a 90 sq. m. located on the second floor (with elevator) of a typical 19th century building.
It can accommodate up to 5 people and comprises:
- a big living room with fully furnished kitchen;

- a double bedroom with private bathroom;
- a room with two single beds or alternatively a double bed;

- a room with single bed;

- bathroom with shower.
The apartment is equipped with portable air conditioning, TV, iron and ironing board, fans and independent heating.

Bed linen, towels and kitchenware are provided.

The district

The apartment is perfectly located in the city centre in Via Filippo Turati being in the Esquilino-Colosseo Area.

S. Maria Maggiore, Via Nazionale, the Coliseum and the Imperial Forum, the Campidoglio, the Caravaggio Paintings in S. Pietro in Vincoli are within a distance of 800 meters allowing relaxing walks to visit them . The Metro stop  "Vittorio" is just a few minutes’ walk away from the apartment.

   LOW SEASON from November to February.

   HIGH SEASON from March to October.

   The prices are in Euro (taxes included) and are intended per NIGHT.

   Discount for 7 nights stay or more.

   A minimum stay between three and six nights is required (depending on the periods).

   Check in at 3.pm, check out 11 am.

   20% of the total amount is due at the time of reservation.

   The amount due will be paid at the time of arrival.

   In case of cancellation the charge will be as follows:

up to 20 days from the departure - 20% of the total amount

19 to 7 days from the departure - 30% of the total amount

less than 7 days - 50% of the total amount.
