The apartment

The studio is 25 square meters and it’s located on the second floor with lift of an ancient 17^th century building recently restored.  The bright, sunny apartment can sleep maximum 2 people, it’s finely restored and it’s composed by a kitchen corner fully
equipped, a dining table with a characteristic wooden Indian base, a comfortable
double sofa bed (140x190) and a bathroom with a hydro massage shower.

The district

The apartment is located in Via Garibaldi in the heart of the Trastevere area. Within a five minutes’ walk from the flat, it is possible to visit all the most important tourist sites in Rome such as Piazza Venezia, Via del Corso (main shopping street), Piazza Navona and Campo dei Fiori.

Trastevere is home to numerous craft shops, pubs, wine bars and restaurants. The apartment is located in a strategic position for visitors wishing to explore “Ancient Rome” and is well served by public transport. It is the ideal location for visitors wishing to spend an unforgettable holiday in the city of Rome.

   LOW SEASON from November to February.

   HIGH SEASON from March to October.

   The prices are in Euro (taxes included) and are intended per NIGHT.

   Discount for 7 nights stay or more.

   A minimum stay between three and six nights is required (depending on the periods).

   Check in at 3.pm, check out 11 am.

   20% of the total amount is due at the time of reservation.

   The amount due will be paid at the time of arrival.

   In case of cancellation the charge will be as follows:

up to 20 days from the departure - 20% of the total amount

19 to 7 days from the departure - 30% of the total amount

less than 7 days - 50% of the total amount.
