The apartment
The lodging can accommodate a maximum of five persons with two sofa-beds in the lounge, together with two other beds placed in a spacious double bedroom. The apartment is fully furnished, including a fitted kitchen. As shown in the photo, there’s also a TV.
The accommodation allows the exclusive use of the whole apartment and the use of the kitchen for entire stay.
The district
The
apartment is
located in Via dei Cimatori,
close to the ancient and famous Via
Giulia, in the heart of the historical centre of Roma, at the first
floor of a small 17th century building. It is composed of two
large sunny rooms, plus
kitchen and bathroom.
The characteristic ceiling of wood-beams, the quiet of Roma's alleys,
and the welcoming atmosphere of the house make it a romantic place for an
original and very peaceful holiday.
How
to reach us:
Shuttle service: upon request a driver will wait for you in Fiumicino or Ciampino airport for the trip to the apartment.

By bus: 64, 62, 46, 23, 40, 116
It is possible to take the train to Termini station. From the station you take the bus number 64 in the direction of St.Peter’s Church, stopping at Corso Vittorio Emanuele, Largo Tassoni square (four stops after Largo Argentina). The stop is only 50 meters from the apartment, Via dei Cimatori is located on the opposite side of Corso Vittorio Emanuele. The total duration of the trip from the airport to the apartment is about 30 minutes by taxi and about 1 hour and 1/2 with train and buses.
From the Termini train station:
take bus number 64 stopping at Corso Vittorio Emanuele, Largo Tassoni square (four stops after Largo Argentina). The stop is only 50 meters from the apartment, Via dei Cimatori is located on the opposite side of Corso Vittorio Emanuele. The total duration of the trip is about 20 minutes.

Check
in at 3.pm, check out 11 am.
20% of the total amount is due at the time of reservation.
The
amount due will be paid at the time of arrival.
In
case of cancellation the charge will be as follows:
up to 20 days from the departure - 20% of the total amount
19 to 7 days from the departure - 30% of the total amount
less than 7 days - 50% of the total amount.
