The apartment

This recently restored apartment is made up of a cosy and sunny elegantly furnished 20 sq.m. space, on the second floor of an eighteenth-century building.

The beamed ceiling, parquet and wooden furniture make for an intimate and romantic atmosphere. The flat is a comfortable studio-apartment furnished with a double sofa-bed, a dining table and two chairs, an private toilet and shower, a small well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare your breakfast or cook a complete meal.
TV, air conditioning, bed and bath linen are provided free-of-charge.

Another four people can be accommodated in the apartment Fori Imperiali on the same building.

The district

The apartment is located in the heart of the characteristic district of Monti, which takes its name from the six original montes (Viminale, Quirinale, Celio, Esquilino, Oppio and Cispio) and boasts Rome’s largest archaeological area. It is full of narrow, winding streets, medieval alleys and the little houses piled up in Suburra remind one of a typical peaceful village atmosphere.

How to reach us:

Shuttle service: upon request a driver will wait for you in Fiumicino or Ciampino airport for the trip to the apartment. 

The cost is € 47.

By taxi: From Termini train Station the cost is about € 13.

By bus: 75-84-204

Subway: Cavour

From Fiumicino "Leonardo da Vinci" Airport: take the train to the Termini train Station, than the subway, line B – towards Laurentina and get off at the first stop “Cavour”.

There is a garage in the proximity of  the apartment.

   The prices are in Euro (taxes included) and are intended per NIGHT.

   Discount for 7 nights stay or more.

   A minimum stay between three and six nights is required (depending on the periods).

   Check in at 3.pm, check out 11 am.

   20% of the total amount is due at the time of reservation.

   The amount due will be paid at the time of arrival.

   In case of cancellation the charge will be as follows:

up to 20 days from the departure - 20% of the total amount

19 to 7 days from the departure - 30% of the total amount

less than 7 days - 50% of the total amount.
