The apartment

It’s a double room apartment of about 45 sq. meters, very quiet and just renovated.

The furniture is modern and it can accommodate a maximum of 5 people.

It’s composed of a double bedroom, the bathroom with a shower and a living room with a double sofa-bed.

In the living room there is a kitchenette fully equipped to prepare a full meal.

Equipped with: bedding, towels, satellite television, microwaves, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

The district

The apartment is located in the Testaccio area in Via Mastro Giorgio on the first floor.

Testaccio is one of the most ancient historical area of Rome, very close to the most interesting tourist sites. Between the II and III century B.C. here was situated the fluvial port of the ancient Rome where all the merchandise coming from the Ostia Antica port arrived.

Testaccio is also famous for its night life with many traditional restaurants, pubs, clubs and wine bars.

Every day in the main square of this quarter there is an open market, very characteristic.

The apartment is located in an ideal position to visit the tourist sites during the day and to enjoy the night life in Testaccio.

How to reach us:

Shuttle service: upon request a driver will wait for you in Fiumicino or Ciampino airport for the trip to the apartment.

Subway: Piramide

From Fiumicino "Leonardo da Vinci" Airport: take the train to the Termini train Station, than the subway, line B towards Laurentina and get off at the “Piramide” stop which is about 400 meters from the apartment; or you can take the bus nbr. 75 from the Termini train Station and get off in Via Marmorata which is about 100 meters from the apartment.

   20% of the total amount is due at the time of reservation.

   The amount due will be paid at the time of arrival.

   In case of cancellation the charge will be as follows:

up to 20 days from the departure - 20% of the total amount

19 to 7 days from the departure - 30% of the total amount

less than 7 days - 50% of the total amount.
