The apartment

It is a small apartment (43 sq.m.) recently renovated, on the second floor of an ancient restored building without an elevator.

It has a complete and modern kitchen and a living-room (a spacious corner with two luminous windows where there is a double sofa bed).
There are also a one individual loft-bed. The apartment is equipped with TV, VCR, washer and dryer.  

Bed and bath linen are provided free-of-charge. 

The district

The apartment is located in a characteristic and silent street nearby the river Tiber, Corso Vittorio and Via Giulia, in the heart of the old Roman city. 

By walking 5 minutes, you can reach Castel Sant’Angelo and St.Peter’s Church, Piazza Farnese and Campo dei Fiori.  

The neighborhood is well known for its handcrafted goods and antiques shops. It is also the center of historic and artistic places of the city.

How to reach us:

Shuttle service: upon request a driver will wait for you in Fiumicino or Ciampino airport for the trip to the apartment.

   The prices are in Euro (taxes included) and are intended per NIGHT.

   Discount for 7 nights stay or more.

   A minimum stay between three and six nights is required (depending on the periods).

   Check in at 3.pm, check out 11 am.

   20% of the total amount is due at the time of reservation.

   The amount due will be paid at the time of arrival.

   In case of cancellation the charge will be as follows:

up to 20 days from the departure - 20% of the total amount

19 to 7 days from the departure - 30% of the total amount

less than 7 days - 50% of the total amount.
