The apartment

The apartment is on two levels and downstairs it's composed by a spacious and luminous living room with corner kitchen, functional and accessorised, two single sofa beds and a bathroom with shower. By a staircase you can go upstairs, where there is a charming mansard, in which the guests will make use of a comfortable double bed.
The apartment is equipped with an independent heating system, TV set, bathroom with shower.

The district

The apartment is in an ancient building of 1800, recently restored located between Largo Argentina and Campo dé Fiori, at few steps from Piazza Venezia, Pantheon and Trastevere. This area offers services as Internet point, travel agency and laundry. At guests disposal an elegant structure, furnished with taste and cured also in details. The floor is in cotto and the ceilings with beams.

   LOW SEASON from November to February.

   HIGH SEASON from March to October.

   The prices are in Euro (taxes included) and are intended per NIGHT.

   Discount for 7 nights stay or more.

   A minimum stay between three and six nights is required (depending on the periods).

   Check in at 3.pm, check out 11 am.

   20% of the total amount is due at the time of reservation.

   The amount due will be paid at the time of arrival.

   In case of cancellation the charge will be as follows:

up to 20 days from the departure - 20% of the total amount

19 to 7 days from the departure - 30% of the total amount

less than 7 days - 50% of the total amount.
