The apartment
Beautiful and luminous apartment of 45 squares meters on the second floor, recently renovated and completely furnished. Located in the Trastevere Area, across via Ettore Rolli, with view on the Viale Trastevere. Composed of a furnished living room with a double couch, a furnished kitchen, a double bedroom, an independent room, a bathroom with shower, independent heat, air conditioned, four windows, two television, phone line on request and a security box. The apartment can fit up to five people.
The district
Close to the modern tram number 8 which in few stops can take you to Largo Argentina, Piazza Venezia, Pantheon, Piazza Navona and the entire center of Rome.
The apartment is located a few meters from the train station of Trastevere, with direct lines for the Leonardo da Vinci Airport (Fiumicino) and the central train station (Termini), where you can find other bus stops and trams to get all over the city.
The
area is characteristic for its typical
restaurants, piano bars, pizzerias, pubs and nightclubs. It is located a
few minutes from Villa Pamphili and Villa Sciarra, next to the Lungotevere
and to the famous Testaccio Area as well as the characteristic Sunday
market of Portaportese.
How
to reach us:
Shuttle service: upon request a driver will wait for you in Fiumicino or Ciampino airport for the trip to the apartment.

bus: 8

plane: from Leonardo Da Vinci Airport (Fiumicino), its possible to
take the subway that goes to the Trastevere Station and from there you can
walk to the apartment in a few minutes.
By train: in the train Station of Trastevere a lot of national lines stop so if you stop there you are directly at the apartment; from the Termini Station, the H line goes directly to the apartment.

prices are in Euro (taxes included) and are intended per
NIGHT.
Discount for 7 nights stay or more.
Check
in at 3.pm, check out 11 am.
20% of the total amount is due at the time of reservation.
The
amount due will be paid at the time of arrival.
In
case of cancellation the charge will be as follows:
up to 20 days from the departure - 20% of the total amount
19 to 7 days from the departure - 30% of the total amount
less than 7 days - 50% of the total amount.
