The apartment

Located on the second floor of a historic building with lift, the 60 m² apartment can sleep up to 5 people. Wooden flooring in all the rooms gives the apartment a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
The master bedroom is fitted with a double bed, a single folding bed, air conditioning and a television.
The living room – in which the dining table is also located - includes a comfortable double sofa bed (160 cm x 190 cm) and is fitted with air conditioning, television, DVD player and stereo system.
The separate kitchen is completely equipped with dishwasher, microwave oven and fridge-freezer.
The central heating is autonomously controlled, while the water heater supplies unlimited hot water. the bathroom is fitted with both bath and shower and a washing machine is also available for use by guests.

The district

The apartment is located in the centre of Rome in the elegant residential area of Prati, close to both St Peter’s Church and the Vatican Museums. The lively Prati area is characterized by wide streets laid out in a grid pattern, large squares and elegant turn of the century buildings. Famous for its shopping streets and restaurants and pubs, Prati is extremely well served by numerous buses and the Linea A underground railway (San Pietro-Ottaviano station).

How to get there:
From the airport
Taxi service:
upon request a driver will pick you up at the airports of Fiumicino or Ciampino and drive you to your apartment. The cost for this service is of 47 Euro (up to 4 people). You can request the service by sending us an e-mail including your flight details.
From Leonardo da Vinci - Fiumicino airport, take the city train to Stazione Termini, from where you can take the underground-line A (towards “Battistini”) up to “San Pietro-Ottaviano” for a 1 hour ride. After getting out from the underground go along via Angelo Emo up to piazza Santa Maria delle Grazie, turn right towards via Candia. Via Santa Maura is the third street on the right.
From Ciampino airport, take the CO.TRA.L bus near the Bus Arrivals to the “Anagnina” underground station, from which you should then take the underground to Roma Termini station. From here you can take the underground-line A (towards Battistini) up to “San Pietro-Ottaviano” for a 1 hour ride. After getting out from the underground go along via Angelo Emo up to piazza Santa Maria delle Grazie, turn right towards via Candia. Via Santa Maura is the third street on the right.

From the train station
From Termini Station you can get a taxi or take the underground-line A (towards Battistini) up to “San Pietro-Ottaviano” for a 10 minutes ride. After getting out from the underground go along via Angelo Emo up to piazza Santa Maria delle Grazie, turn right towards via Candia. Via Santa Maura is the third street on the right.

   The prices are in Euro (taxes included) and are intended per NIGHT.

   Discount for 7 nights stay or more.

   A minimum stay between three and six nights is required (depending on the periods).

   Check in at 3.pm, check out 11 am.

   20% of the total amount is due at the time of reservation.

   The amount due will be paid at the time of arrival.

   In case of cancellation the charge will be as follows:

up to 20 days from the departure - 20% of the total amount

19 to 7 days from the departure - 30% of the total amount

less than 7 days - 50% of the total amount.
