TRASTEVERE

The Trastevere District is characterised by the lively night-life. Its medieval small roads in which you can breath the authentic popular mood exalted by poets like Belli and Trilussa, contain restaurants, cafes, and piano bar, but also owns plenty of high artistic value monuments like the churches of Santa Maria in Trastevere endowed with the most important medieval mosaics of Rome, Santa Cecilia, San Crisogono, the ancient San Cosimato hospital with its Claustrum besides the principles palaces Corsini, the Farnesina with the Raffaello paintings, the botanical garden, the several libraries and art galleries.

The apartments
They are located at the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor of a 15th century’s small palace entirely restored and consist in two double-rooms 45 sq.m. flats with windows on the square and on the road behind.

There are three apartments for two-three persons each, located in the same building, in Tavani Arquati Square (you can see the building in the picture), in the heart of the ancient Trastevere, the historical popular district characterised by the lively night-life but also by the still authentically popular mood. It is possible to rent one of them or also more than one apartment.

The district
Tavani Arquati square is located a few yards from Garibaldi bridge and from the Tiberina Isle and from there, with five minutes walk, you can reach Farnese Square, Campo de’ Fiori, the Jewish Ghetto, the Campidoglio and Navona Square. The area is perfectly served by public transport like buses and the recently realised high technological level electric streetcar that allows to reach Argentina Square in few minutes and from there any other part of Rome historical centre.

Everything is finely furnished and endowed with the necessary to host tourists for short periods. The wooden beams, the classical furniture creates an intimate atmosphere. Each apartment is composed by a living room with a kitchen with an electrical oven, a sofa, four chairs and a table, a cupboard with a washing machine, a goos sized bedroom with a double bed (queen size), a small wardrobe and a bathroom. It is possible to accommodate four persons (each apartment) adding the double sofa-bed in the lounge.
The apartments are fully equipped with bed and bathroom linen and kitchen endowments. English, French and Spanish spoken.

   The prices are in Euro (taxes included) and are intended per NIGHT.

   Discount for 7 nights stay or more.

   A minimum stay between three and six nights is required (depending on the periods).

   Check in at 3.pm, check out 11 am.

   20% of the total amount is due at the time of reservation.

   The amount due will be paid at the time of arrival.

   In case of cancellation the charge will be as follows:

up to 20 days from the departure - 20% of the total amount

19 to 7 days from the departure - 30% of the total amount

less than 7 days - 50% of the total amount.
