The apartment

Our 60 sq. metre apartment sleeps up to 5 people and comprises:
-a double bedroom (with overhead electric fan)
-a living-room with sofa-bed (containing 2 comfortable single beds)
-a large kitchen with dishwasher.
-a large bathroom with bath, shower, washing-machine and hair-dryer.
The apartment is centrally-heated in winter.
Sheets and towels are provided.

The district  

This charming, renovated apartment is situated in the Monti area in Rome's historic center. Monti is rich in places of historical and architectural interest such as: the Colosseum, the Imperial Forums, the church of  San Clemente, the Basilicas of San Giovanni in Laterano and Santa Maria maggiore, the Caracalla Baths and many others.If you want to relax and enjoy nature, there are many parks in the vicinity and the apartment is just a stone's throw away from the delightful Villa Celimontana park, which from mid-June to end-August hosts a prestigious jazz festival with musicians of international fame. The Coliseum, San Giovanni and Caracalla baths are a mere 5/10-minute-walk away.Alternatively you can take a direct bus into ancient Rome or the city-centre (5-10 minutes).

How to reach us:

Shuttle service: upon request a driver will wait for you in Fiumicino or Ciampino airport for the trip to the apartment. The cost is € 47.

   The prices are in Euro (taxes included) and are intended per NIGHT.

   Discount for 7 nights stay or more.

   A minimum stay between three and six nights is required (depending on the periods).

   Check in at 3.pm, check out 11 am.

   20% of the total amount is due at the time of reservation.

   The amount due will be paid at the time of arrival.

   In case of cancellation the charge will be as follows:

up to 20 days from the departure - 20% of the total amount

19 to 7 days from the departure - 30% of the total amount

less than 7 days - 50% of the total amount.
